Return Policy

We have a 1 Hour return policy, which means you have 1 hour after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
